It is that time of the year again when preparations are underway for my annual Christmas event. . . Simply Christmas.
Do you remember the Christmases of our childhood when our lives seemed much simpler and the joys of Christmas were simpler too?
If the idea of a ‘Simply homemade Christmas’ sounds appealing to you, then please join me in celebrating with Simply Christmas . . . starting 1st November and running right through to Christmas Eve. As in previous years, there will be a plethora of homemade tutorials, some special guests and exciting giveaways.
I’ve already received many emails regarding my annual Christmas Planner (seems to be a lot of eager Christmas list makers out there) . . . and yes, I have a new free downloadable Planner for you that will be available on 1st November.
So. . . in preparation for my very busy Christmas season I re-organised my studio placing all my Christmas decorating supplies close at hand.
To organised my Laces, ribbons and haberdashery trims, I designed some gorgeous vintage Christmas papers to cover my lace and ribbon boards with.
I like having all my creative supplies out on show. . . it inspires me and boosts my creativity.
The larger lace boards are a great way to store longer lengths of trims and lace, while the smaller boards are perfect for ribbon.
From now until Christmas, I’m offering these printable vintage papers as a ‘bonus offer’ when purchasing my Lace and Ribbon Board E-pattern.
I also have a new shipment of raw wood boards available too.
While I do love a vintage Christmas . . . that’s not the only thing coming out of the Shabby Art Boutique by Woodberry Designs studio this Christmas.
Here’s a sneak peek of some gorgeous fabrics, (the Christmastime collection by Annie Downs), that I’ve used in several new designs that will be released on Friday.
Don’t those fabrics look delicious. . . they make my shabby heart flutter and the soft green and pink colour story puts a whole new slant on Christmas.
Must dash. . . lots of exciting things to do in the studio today. Meanwhile, I’ll be popping in at some of these fun Link parties throughout the week.
Hugs ~ Kerryanne
