Life gets busy… we rush around…
Sometimes we forget to take good care of ourselves.
Finding balance in my crazy, crazy life is sometimes incredibly hard, but I make it a priority… mainly to preserve my sanity!
I make sure I find a little ‘ME’ time for myself everyday… mainly in the form of a walking meditation on the beach early in the morning and again at dusk.
It really is a little thing, but it makes the world of difference to my day, my spirit and definitely my creativeness. If I’m stressed out and rushing around, it saps me of inspiration and creativity, so anything I can do to keep everything in some kind of balance is helpful.

We all have different reasons for forgetting to breathe, but there is a quick fix for those super busy times when we need to take a moment.
