Sometimes a lot of words are not needed…
A creative afternoon spent in the craft room!
Gathering supplies…
Ripping paper to size…
Layering…
Machine sewing layers together…
Adhere to white greeting card…
Adding Tilda cut-out elements from Happiness is Homemade paper pad.
Ripping up typed words…
Assembled card.
All supplies are from the Tilda Happiness is Homemade paper pad,
available from my Boutique.
‘Happiness is Homemade’ kind of sums up how I feel about creativity.
I’ve created a new Pinterest board with the same name to pin crafting tutorials to. It’s a place for putting the homemade back into everyday living! Craft projects, crafty tutorials, crafty home diy projects, printables…. and anything you can make yourself to make your house a home.
I think this will be a very fast growing board. You may like to follow along HERE.

I’m all for things handmade or recreated or shabby or vintage… and I’m so enjoying going through your blog – it’s gorgeous. These papers you’ve used are pretty – I too haven’t heard of Tilda before. It’s fabulous when you find a supplier of beautiful materials to work with.
Ciao for now, Elena 🙂

Stumbled onto your blog, too. I will visit Cabin & Cottage and then follow a blog from there to another one and then to another one. I love all things shabby chic and your website is delightful. The colors you use speak to me. I, too, decorate in only pastels. Baby pink, cream, baby blue, soft pale green mostly. Thanks to Pantone 2016, our color choices will finally be in style again.
