Hello there,
I know that like me, many of you are big, big Tilda fans.
Some of my lovely readers first heard of the beautiful world of Tilda through Shabby Art Boutique and I’m thrilled that I was able to share that with you.
Soooo….
I’m especially excited to share some fabulous Tilda news with you today!
The lovely people at Tilda have offered up the last 3 Tilda quilts as free patterns on their website… in collaboration with Linda Clements, who has put together the instructions in English.
The Pardon My Garden quilt is a classic design made up of diamonds and looks wonderful in any setting. The diamonds are framed by narrow strips of off white, which makes them “float” within the setting.
You can get the free Pardon My Garden instructions from Tilda HERE.
The Spring Diaries quilt is a lovely retro inspired quilt. It is perfect for any time of year – in the spring and summer to echo the sunny seasons, or in autumn and winter to bring a welcome splash of warm colour.
It has fifty-four circle blocks, all made the same way using templates. The quilt uses fabrics from the Spring Diaries range combined with solid off white quilt fabric.
I’ve got to be honest… I haven’t been a huge fan of this collection this season and I actually hate to say that because I adore everything Tilda. I don’t personally like the mustard colour, but I do like many of the other fabrics, so I would swap some of the fabrics around or maybe even use a different Tilda collection.
You can get the pattern and instructions for the Spring Diaries quilt from Tilda HERE.
My absolute favourite is the Apple Bloom log cabin quilt. Nothing says spring more than the warm greens and lilac pinks of this gorgeous fabric range.
The instructions for the Apple Bloom quilt are at Tilda’s World HERE.
For more Tilda inspiration and creative ideas, be sure to visit the Tilda’s World blog and website. I can promise you that you won’t be disappointed!!
Although I no longer sell the lovely Tilda fabrics, I do still have the paper products and accessories. Stock is a little low at the moment, but there’s still some gorgeousness to be found in my Tilda Boutique HERE.
I’m eagerly awaiting the limited edition Candy Bloom collection, which is due in June. Who can resist a blue and red duo?
I hope you enjoy these fabulous free patterns as much as I know I will.
Happy crafting

Love the fabrics used on the diamond pattern quilt. How can I obtain the fabrics used?

I cannot get to the free pattern. I clicked on HERE but nothing happens. I then went to Tildas World but no luck there either! Can you possibly send to my email or include a link in reply?
Kerryanne says
Hi Sandra,
This is an old blog post from 6 years ago and the company I linked to have removed the free item, I’m sorry.
Happy crafting,
Kerryanne
