My home is a mix of shabby, vintage and white elements.
I love the chippy and distressed features of the shabby look and anything time-worn and used makes my heart happy.
So no surprises that my Christmas decor is shabby and vintage inspired.
I thought I’d share a few of my projects and the tutorials from last year before I reveal my 2013 Christmas home.
These Vintage Angel decorations were adorable and a favourite with everyone.
You can get the instructions HERE.
Following along with the same theme of vintage angels, I also made
Vintage Angel Cones, which are gorgeous filled with Christmas candy.
Full instructions are HERE
I adore anything made with vintage book paper and these sweet little birds with their inspirational words made for a lovely birdy tree.
Find out how to make them HERE.
I think the most popular how-to Christmas post last year was these wooden ‘Believe’ blocks. They are super easy to make too.
The full instructions are HERE.
I used an assortment of vintage papers to tie my theme together, so this papered star wreath carried the look through to my kitchen.
Find out how I made it HERE.
I used little touches of burlap with the book page projects, so a burlap garland was a perfect accompaniment.
Get the instructions and template HERE.
Finally…. nothing says shabby Christmas quite like a pair of
beautiful white angel wings. See my instructions HERE.

And no, mine haven’t fallen off-halo and wings still in tact 🙂 They will definitely soon be “hanging around” shabby and beautiful just like in your tutorial. Thank you, our shabby angel.
